Technical

Each parent will have their own app with their own unique ID their children can easily be shared with each other by going to settings on the app , and Inviting their partner to share their kids records. Adult records are not shared. Both Parents must download the app first and be registered in order to share Child records.

A child will get their own app with their own unique ID at 16 years of age.

Your data is stored safely in the cloud so if you lose your phone you can download the app on your new device and access everything through your new device using your login details when you registered on the app. If you have a copy / or a picture of your Unique card you are still able to have vaccines given even without your smart phone

No problem – just click “email PDF” on the persons home page. Once you have received the email you can then print it out.

You will always have access to your pin in your app when clicking the “card” icon on the bottom of your home screen. If for any reason you are unable to access this information you may contact our support teams

Yes This Feature is now live, Adult can track there vaccines for Travel and pregnancy

The Vaccine App will run on all devices. You Can download the IOS / Android App from both stores. If you use a phone that doesnt support these 2 stores you can use the mobile link https://app.thevaccineapp.com/

Then they just need to quote the 10 digit unique ID to the healthcare provider or they can phone ahead to see if the healthcare worker has the children’s unique ID written on their file.

Just click on the “clinics” icon on the bottom of your screen and that will bring up a search page to see which healthcare providers are using the app.
